Partner With Base Camp

Veterans arrive together at Base Camp for orientation and preparation.

Bring Your Mission to Alaska. We'll Help Build the Base Camp Around It.

P&V does not need to duplicate the work of established veteran wilderness organizations. Base Camp can serve as an Alaska-based operational partner: welcoming participants, preparing them for the field, supporting the expedition, and helping bridge the return from an immersive experience to meaningful civilian, educational, family, and community life.

An RSOI-Informed Flow

Reception → Staging → Onward Movement → Expedition Support → Return → Integration / Reintegration

  • Reception: Welcome, orientation, lodging, local information, and participant needs.
  • Staging: Equipment, meals, transportation, safety, schedules, and partner coordination.
  • Onward Movement: Launch to the wilderness experience through guides, partners, transportation, and logistics.
  • Expedition Support: Appropriate Base Camp and local coordination while partners execute their mission.
  • Return: Recovery, meals, reflection, decompression, and connection.
  • Integration / Reintegration: Help participants translate the experience into civilian, educational, family, service, and community life.
